Feelings During COVID-19

Sometimes, our feelings about the way things have changed around us right now may look or sound like a different emotion. In other words, we may seem angry when really we feel sad or disappointed.

It's OK to feel this way! This is a difficult situation. Try using some of these coping statements, or your coping strategies, to help feel calm:
