It's starting to get colder outside! This winter hat deep breathing visual helps us practice our breathing and reminds us to keep our cool when feeling upset.


Trace your fingers on the arrows starting at the star (*). Follow the directions to breathe in for 3 seconds, hold your breath for 3 seconds, and breathe out for 3 seconds. Repeat as many times as you need.
