Sending you all a wee bit o' Irish cheer today! We hope you are practicing your calming strategies at home. Here is a St. Patrick's Day themed breathing exercise for you to use. Trace your finger around the shamrock as you slowly breathe in and out. Repeat as many times as you need until you feel relaxed.
