Mind Full, or Mindful?

What's the difference?


Being mindful means that you are paying attention to what is happening currently, with both yourself and what is going on around you. It means that you are paying attention to what is happening in the moment, or right then and there.


Mind Full means that you are thinking about many things, other than what you are currently doing and feeling.


The picture below shows one person who is Mind Full and another who is mindful. Which one is which? How can you tell?



Let's practice some mindfulness together using the "Flower Breath" technique:
