Mindful Coloring

Coloring is another great way to practice mindfulness by "being present," and focusing on how you choose and spend time applying color to a picture. It's OK if your mind starts to wander or think about other things. If that happens, just remind yourself that right now you are coloring.
While practicing, it is important to remember that there is no right or wrong way to color the picture. We are not judging whether our coloring is "good" or "bad." Instead, we think of it as a form of self-expression.
