We invite you to continue practicing mindfulness with us. Let's start off with a breathing technique called "Candle Breath."
Practicing mindfulness means that we are "being present," or just being in the moment with all of your thoughts and ideas in your head. Being present can also mean using your five senses to be even more mindful, noticing what is around you. We do this by tuning into all our senses and recognizing what we notice. Can you use your senses while being in the moment? Use the prompts below to help practice being present:

What did you notice with your 5 senses? Tell us in the comments!
Love,
Ms. DePoint, Mrs. Konrad, and Mrs. Sperrazza
Great activity. The visuals and activities the Calming Corner are providing are wonderful for all. Be well, everyone!
